Welcome to the Winnacunnet High School's Health Services Web page. RN

Health Services at Winnacunnet is committed to the health and wellness of the students and staff.

We provide assessment and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, referrals to area health care agencies and physicians on a case by case basis. We are located on the first floor of the school near the main entrance and front office.  We welcome calls and visits from parents during the school day.

In order to provide the best possible care to students, please contact us when your child has an illness or injury that may require assistance with crutches or medical equipment while at school.  It is our pleasure to provide health services to your child.  Please keep in touch.

Influenza and Enterovirus

Although it is impossible to predict what the Flu and Enterovirus-D68 season will be like this year it is possible to support prevention and management of them.

The easiest FIRST STEP for prevention for both is HANDWASHING. Wash your hands frequently ~ for at least 20 seconds ~with soap and water. This is especially important before touching food, after using the bathroom, and after changing diapers.

There is more easy to follow recommendations and facts on the following websites that are supported by the State of New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services
